Logotype and Brandbook
ELMA Fachkraftemanagement GmbH is a company based in Brandenburg, Germany, and has been a successful training partner for the hotel and restaurant business since 2014. As part of the programs offered by the company, students from Ukraine have the opportunity to get an education in Germany.
Taking into account the wishes of the client, the sign was minimally modernized and taken as a basis. The composition, typography and color palette using cold and strict colors have been refined.
Intro
ELMA Fachkraftemanagement GmbH – is based in Brandenburg, Germany and has been a successful training partner for the hotel and restaurant business since 2014. As part of the programs we offer, students from Ukraine have the opportunity to get an education on the territory of Germany. Since 2020, the company has been providing Ukrainian students with the opportunity to also study for a medical specialty in the field of care and other related specialties.

Task
- update the concept of the logo, keeping the mark as the basis
- Develop a visual style concept and adapt to some media
- Compile the company’s brand book with short rules for using basic constants
Target audience
- students of Ukrainian universities and secondary schools. 95% are young people, 22-25 years old. Basically, students who move forward and develop, like to learn something new and are working on their future career now. The income is mostly average and above, they are well acquainted with modern technologies and many things are evaluated visually.
